How It Works!
As an Interiors To Move You VIP you will have on-call access to my help for an hour or more over a week, two weeks or longer!
On-Call access means that as a VIP you can email, text, video call, or phone chat with me for help with your DIY décor and design projects.
Step One: VIP sign up and book your first call
Sign up as an Interiors To Move You VIP by firstly selecting a week, two weeks or four weeks to access my help and calling me or emailing me to set up your initial VIP call.
Typically you can expect to have access to my design time/help with 4 or 5 decor/design goals per week, where a goal is accomplished in around an hour of my time. Please bear this in mind when choosing whether you would like my help for one week, two weeks or four weeks.
Step Two: Send me your list
Think about the help you would like from me and prior to our first call please send me a priority ordered list of your design questions, goals, challenges that you would like my help with.
Step Three: Initial Design Time Call and Access Information
Your week(s) time period starts with your initial VIP Discovery call. If you need my help sooner then please reach out and we can start the ball rolling on your week by other means of communication, such as email, text, etc.
You can contact me any time during my business hours, Monday to Friday, 10 am-5 pm PST and as often as needed within your selected week(s). My design time includes video calls, phone calls and sourcing items (whether we do that together or I do this for you) and responding to your questions by email, etc. Limited to a total of 5 hours of my design time per week.
I would recommend scheduling in advance video and phone calls to ensure my availability but I will always answer your call if I am free to talk. If you send me a message or email I will do my best to respond at my earliest opportunity (within business hours). If your question is urgent please try calling or texting me for a quicker response. Emails and other online communications after 3 pm or outside of my business hours may not receive a reply until the next business day.
Step Four: Answers
We will work down your list together, using the most suitable communication methods for each goal/question. I will cover as many of your design questions/goals as possible within the week(s) that you selected within the 5 hour time limit per week.
Step Five: Do more or not, its up to you!
Access will finish at the end of your selected week(s). You can sign up for additional weeks or another of my services. Additional time beyond the 5 hours per week limit can be added at $135/per hour.

*Renders, concept boards and in-person meetings are NOT included in this service but can be added for an additional fee at any point. Design time/calls are limited to a maximum of 5 hours per week and unused hours cannot be carried over from one week to the next without prior arrangement.
*This service is strictly to assist you with your DIY decor and design projects. I recommend hiring a licensed electrician (for lighting installations) or handyman to hang items that may need to be anchored into the wall.
In order that I can provide the best service to my clients, VIP Decorator On-Call access is subject to my weekly availability and on a first come, first served basis. Thank you for your understanding.
